Role & responsibilities Develop and execute recruiting plans. Mainly looking for bulk hiring. Leading a team of 7 Talent acquisition, overseeing all aspects of recruitment. Supervising complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources such as job portals, advertisements, etc. after identification of manpower requirements. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire Closely working with Stakeholders Conduct regular follow-up with Business Head/ Department Head to determine the effectiveness of recruiting -plans and implementation Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have strong experience in heading the Talent Acquisition role with expertise in Bulk hiring in the e-commerce Industry & team management skills.
