Job Title: Head Teacher Location: Gurugram, Haryana Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month Experience: Minimum 4 years in teaching and/or school administration Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Education or related field preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Teacher to lead our academic team at our Gurugram campus. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality education. This role involves overseeing teaching standards, curriculum implementation, and day-to-day academic operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement. Develop and implement academic programs in alignment with educational standards. Monitor and evaluate teacher performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment. Organize staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities. Build strong relationships with parents and address any academic concerns. Coordinate with school management on curriculum planning and school policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed. or relevant educational qualification preferred). Minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching or academic leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required). Strong organizational and leadership abilities. A passion for education and a commitment to student development. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Education or equivalent (optional but advantageous).
