Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services Provide assistance with healthcare inquiries and support to international clients Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and information Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team as needed Maintain high-quality standards of customer service Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the best solutions to clients Preferred candidate profile Should have minimum 1years of Voice process experience.(Preferably US or International) Should have excellent communication and written skills Should be flexible with Night Shift Should be Graduate (Any Graduate) Perks and benefits Hybrid 5 Days of Working Good Salary Hike
