You’ll be part of a fast-paced, startup environment where learning and execution go hand in hand. Role Overview This is a full-time, permanent, in-office role based out of our Baner office in Pune. You’ll spend 80% of your time on structured healthcare data annotation and 20% on generative AI research to support product and workflow innovation. We’re looking for candidates who can join immediately. Key Responsibilities Healthcare Annotation (80%) - Read and interpret U.S. healthcare insurance documents like Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and benefits guides - Label and annotate structured data fields such as deductibles, copays, exclusions, and provider networks in client systems - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to annotation guidelines - Perform quality checks and document unusual or ambiguous cases - Contribute to clean, reliable data that powers machine learning outputs for an AI-based benefits platform AI Workflow Research (20%) - Research latest trends, tools, and innovations in generative AI - Explore use cases across marketing, sales, and operations - Help build prompt libraries and workflow prototypes - Work with consultants to define how AI tools can enhance client outcomes Who We're Looking For - Fresh graduates (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, or equivalent) - Strong English reading comprehension and attention to detail - Comfortable working with long-form documents and structured data - Curious about AI and its real-world applications - Excited to work with startups and fast-moving teams - Able to work the 1 PM – 10 PM IST shift - Available to join immediately at our Baner, Pune office Perks & Benefits - Permanent full-time role with a future-proof career track - Work from Office – Baner, Pune - Immediate joining preferred - Travel reimbursement for daily commute - Meals provided or reimbursed - Health insurance and employee benefits - Mentorship, skill-building, and cross-functional exposure - Culture of ownership, creativity, and high performance Show more Show less
