Job Description

Role Summary: The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, particularly within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain and other healthcare roles. The candidate must have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates efficiently, with a strong understanding of the UAE market and its hiring practices. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a clear understanding of role expectations. Source resumes through various channels, including job portals, professional networks, and internal databases. Identify, contact, screen, and evaluate candidates to find the best fit for each role. Provide candidates with detailed information about the job role, industry, and business line of the company. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups for feedback. Negotiate salary with selected candidates in alignment with UAE market standards and release offers. Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet forecasted hiring needs. Maintain recruitment reports, track candidate status, and provide updates to stakeholders in a timely manner. Prepare ad-hoc reports and documentation as required by the line manager. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 7-12 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, with a strong focus on RCM and an understanding of relevant roles. Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate with HR specialization/relevant certification. Skills: Must have a good understanding of UAE market trends in Healthcare RCM Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates. Strong negotiation skills, particularly in the context of UAE market practices. Ability to close positions within stipulated timelines. Other Requirements: Flexible working hours to accommodate UAE time zones. Immediate joiners preferred.
