Job description: Person should be having understanding of call handling. Should have complete understanding of Tickets Should be having good communication skills both written and verbal Should be aware of incident, request and problem management Selected candidate will be responsible for logging calls in tool and following up till closure. Have to keep users updated and should have endless coordination with cross domains or global team Direct unresolved issues to next level or ensure timely escalations Preparing and publishing daily, weekly report.
