Brief Description of Duties:Supervising the production activities and ensuring that all activities are carried out as per laid down ProceduresMonitor and analyse chemical processesOverseas workers responsible for chemical processesMan power planningDevelop safety protocols and policiesEnsure compliance with all safety regulationsTrain workers on safety protocolsProduction of products as per quality and quantityMaintain accurate records of chemical products and processesAssisting the Production Manager in all activitiesSkill Sets Required:Chemical knowledgeSafety awarenessGood Team player skillsGood communication skillsEducational Requirement: Graduate or Post Graduate in Chemistry or Related field. Experience: 3 years to 5 Years of relevant industry experience preferred.
