Job Highlights If you have experience of Developing Freight Forwarding business vertical and willing to building out a business model/ own vertical/ Independent working within company, Then this is a fantastic opportunity for you!Above Position based on experience, knowledge, client base etc.Candidate should have the ownership of the business and capability to lead & establish business vertical and developing good relation with the vendor to serve their clients.Strong freight sales experience of Ocean Freight, NVOCC, Shipping Line.Job Description Roles and ResponsibilitiesShould have good knowledge of Local & Overseas Network andrelation with Co-Loader and Freight Forwarder, NVOCC, and Shipping Line to buy best freight.Proven Track Record of achieving sales Number and coveringhis/her own ROI with budget set by company,Weekly Sales & Revenue reporting to Overseas Management.Should bring along good customer base with his / her onboard,Should define His / Her ROI plan during Interview Process,Desired Candidate Profile 01 to 05 years Hard core sales experience in Freight Forwardingand Shipping Industry.He / She should have ready business in hand to assist thecompany to grow further along with his/ her careerdevelopment. He / She should be well knowledgeable in International Freight,Transportation & Customs clearance sales with geographicalbusiness ideology.Independently He/ She will be capable of delivering thefollowing: Self business generation and end to end execution.Develop overseas as well as domestics vendor, Daily sales visits &analysis.Pricing, Negotiation skill for better pricing from Overseas agent aswell as local vendors.Sales quotation to the client and subsequent follow up for businessconvertProblem solving skills.Key result areas shall include the following:To analyze the viability of business considering budgetedtargets in mind Enhance sales process and increase profitability with maximumfocus on complianceAccept and implement the risk management theoriesEnsure complete coordination with operation/customer /financeteam through effective SOPs Actively assist operations and service departments withcustomer implementation, service activities, value delivery andmanagementEnsure On time update and generation of reports andcompliance with regards to CRMResponsible for collection and billing of the executed job Coordinate with account receivables for timely collections To ensure discipline is followed across work environment To have cordial and collaborative approach with colleagues, insame and other business vertical / department Technology savvy like excel and PowerPoint presentations,using zoom/skype meetings Proper knowledge on costing of each service / product. Proven track record in commercial decision-making ability. Experience in managing bids and RFQs, A-accounts, Largecustomers. Ability to read and comprehend legal contracts, liabilities.
