Taxation (Primary Focus)Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, Income Tax, and Transfer Pricing.Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, assessments, and appeals.Handle tax audits and liaise with tax authorities for assessments and litigations.Implement tax-efficient strategies to optimize the company's tax liability.Stay updated on tax regulations and advise management on the impact of changes in tax laws.Financial Planning & ConsolidationLead financial consolidation and reporting for group entities.Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IND AS & IFRS.Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial risk management.Liaise with statutory and internal auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.Regulatory & ComplianceEnsure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.Oversee compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other financial laws.Develop and implement internal financial controls and risk management policies.Leadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop the finance and taxation team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the management on key financial matters.Qualifications & Experience:CA with 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.Strong expertise in taxation, financial consolidation, and regulatory compliance.Experience in a leadership role within the infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing sectors preferred.Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.Key Competencies:Expertise in direct & indirect taxation and financial regulations.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for financial risk management.Effective communication and stakeholder management.
