About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Highway & Structural Site Engineer responsible for the end-to-end execution of road construction projects . The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of on-site operations, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and adherence to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Management & Supervision: Oversee the entire road construction process , from initial planning to project completion. Monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators to ensure smooth workflow. 2. Execution & Implementation: Interpret and implement engineering drawings, designs, and specifications accurately. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and safety guidelines. Manage pavement construction, grading, drainage, and compaction processes effectively. 3. Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Identify and address any non-compliance or construction errors promptly. Enforce adherence to safety protocols, conducting safety briefings and ensuring PPE usage. 4. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with project managers, surveyors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals. Maintain accurate and detailed site records, including daily reports, material usage, and manpower logs. 5. Resource Management: Ensure availability of required materials, equipment, and resources for uninterrupted progress. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement as needed. 6. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, maintain site diaries, and submit updates to project manager
