Role & responsibilities Shift handling & Man power handling Maintaining good house keeping at ETP & surrounding area On-line documentation & maintaining the safety at the work place Monitoring the process parameters to meet the quality & quantity of the water & Effluents Communicating to other depts. when ever service is required .Ex-maint,utility List of formats & list of registers maintaining Preparation for external / Internal audit Follow -up & preventive maintenance of ETP, RO, ATFD & MEE and smooth operation of same. Ensure effluent flow as per the system. Inspecting the effluent collection pits, pumps and pipeline adequacy and arrangement. Analysis of effluents as per the test procedure for COD,BOD & TDS Etc. Ensuring the Receipt of the hazardous and non hazardous material segregation, Storage waste as per category in their respective place Operation of filter Press & trouble shooting regarding Feed & chemical addition to holding tank. Checking of Chemical daily stock and entering the same day in Daily log books Entering of Hourly data of RO,ATFD & MEE in log book. Effluent analysis & maintaining recordsPreferred candidate profile We are looking for an ETP Officer with 2 to 6 years of experience in ETP operations in Pharma / Chemical industry experience .Perks and benefits
