Job Title: Hindi Telecaller (With Basic IT Knowledge) Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 years Job Description We are looking for a motivated and confident Hindi-speaking Telecaller who has a basic understanding of IT services such as websites, domains, or digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about communication, sales, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients Explain our company’s IT/web services in Hindi Handle inquiries and follow up on leads Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status Work with the sales/support team to convert leads Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets Requirements Must be fluent in Hindi (Speaking & Understanding) Basic understanding of IT terminology (websites, hosting, domains, etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and follow scripts Familiarity with CRM tools or MS Excel is a plus Freshers are welcome with good communication skills!
