The primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, suggest solutions, and drive the sales process to closure through strategic follow-ups.Key Responsibilities:Engage with mid-market and enterprise CIOs/IT Managers to sell technical software solutions.Drive demand generation through multiple channels, qualify leads, set appointments, and deliver product demos or presentations to CXO-level executives.Develop and execute sales strategies for both Indian and international markets (USA/UK preferred).Leverage sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to drive deal closures.Build strong relationships with prospects and customers through consultative selling approaches.Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.Proven track record in SaaS, Backup/Recovery, Disaster Recovery, or selling to AWS/Azure customers is a strong advantage.Prior experience selling to international markets (USA/UK) is preferred.Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn.Willingness to work in US/UK time zones if required.Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology startup environment.Exceptional closing skills and a results-driven mindset.Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured and high-performance sales process.This role is ideal for individuals looking to accelerate their career in enterprise sales while working with cutting-edge technology solutions.
