Job description Job Title: BDE / Tele Caller Vacancies: 5 /5 Location: Pune Job Overview: As a BDE, you will engage with prospective students over the phone, understand their educational needs, and guide them in choosing the right programs. Your role will involve lead generation, counseling, and assisting students through the enrollment process, while ensuring that their queries are addressed effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to identify potential students. Tele-Counseling: Provide guidance and counseling over the phone, matching students needs with the right programs. Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets. Documentation Support: Assist students with the submission of required documentation for the admission process. CRM Management: Record and manage all student interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM data. Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust over the phone. Goal-oriented with strong sales and conversion skills. Previous experience in tele-counseling or customer support (preferred).
