In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Youll work closely with the Sales team, driving outreach efforts and shaping engagement strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to business growth while taking full ownership of initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Sales team to identify high potential prospects and strategic targets. Proactively generate leads through outreach via email, phone calls, and platforms such as LinkedIn. Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers. Analyze prospective needs to craft personalized engagement approaches. Schedule and manage meetings independently with qualified leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Adapt communication styles and strategies based on client needs and feedback. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in a staffing or IT services environment. Strong cold calling and emailing track record with measurable results. Basic understanding of IT services and roles (SDLC, IoT platforms, customization, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities. High level of organization and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
