Conduct thorough reviews of images, videos, and text-based content for violations of company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to content moderation. Develop strong understanding of platform's rules, regulations, and guidelines governing user behavior. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online content management. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in back office operations or similar roles. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding Bengali language fluently. Strong attention to detail with ability to review large volumes of data accurately.
