Role & responsibilities Preparation and validation of quantities of steel structures at tendering and construction stages. Change Management / Revisions control / VO Management Estimate quantity and costs of materials Prepare quantity analysis based on the structural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and hours involved. Preparation and validation of fabrication hours/cost. Optimised Fabrication/Connection Complexity Analysis. Document progress, materials, and reports on project Preferred candidate profile Review Structural drawings and prepare quantity needs Estimate (BOM / BOQ) the quantity and costs of materials Review with Fabrication drawings and prepare quantity needs Experience in Change Management / Variation Process Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and reports Experienced at compiling and following firm budgets; strong estimating and QS analysis skills Construction, Fabrication, Bluebeam, and Tekla experience will be considered or preferred.
