Review and Analyze customer account and prepare an excel spreadsheet statement before contacting the customer. Contact Customer through available mediums (phone calls/ emails etc) Achieve daily customer contact/collection targets as per defined performance metrics Ensure adherence to service quality procedures when performing collection activities
