Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business within existing accounts for our recruitment solutions. This role is pivotal in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of recruitment mandates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong industry network, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the recruitment industry. Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition (Identity Hunt): Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across target industries, building a robust sales pipeline for our recruitment solutions. Conduct thorough market research and lead generation to identify potential clients. Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Secure new client agreements and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) within defined turnaround times (TAT). Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Understand client hiring needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling recruitment services. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction. Sales Strategy Execution & Revenue Generation: Implement the company's sales strategy, contributing to market analysis and competitive tracking. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. End-to-End Recruitment Cycle Management: Coordinate closely with recruiters to understand and communicate detailed client requirements for open positions. Brief recruiters on specific client needs and candidate profiles. Ensure timely delivery of qualified resumes to clients and diligently follow up for feedback. Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from initial client contact to successful candidate placement and revenue generation. Service Delivery & TAT Adherence: Oversee the successful execution of client recruitment mandates, ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction within defined TAT. Ensure that all client requirements are delivered within the agreed upon turnaround time. Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies. Provide valuable insights to the marketing team. Maintain accurate sales records, track KPIs, and provide regular updates on sales progress and forecasts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role within the recruitment industry. Established network of contacts within relevant industries. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices in recruitment. Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements to recruiters. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): New client acquisition. Revenue generation. Target achievements. Agreement/MSA signed within TAT. Delivery of requirements within TAT. Time to fill. Client satisfaction.
