Hiring for Business Development Representative (BDR) Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Intern to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). This is a 6-month internship where you will gain hands-on experience in sales and business development. As a BDR intern, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential leads and learning the art of relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities. Reach out to leads through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our product/services. Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for further engagement. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and communicate value propositions effectively. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
