Role & responsibilities We are hiring for International BPOs for voice process only, catering to the US and UK markets in Customer Service, Sales, and 3rd Party Collections (inbound and outbound). Preferred candidate profile Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner. Provide solutions to customer issues, complaints, and queries with high customer satisfaction. Undergraduate and Graduate freshers can also apply Minimum 6 months experience required in International voice process. Excellent Communication skills.
