Job Description: We are hiring for a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) for the Travel sector. The role involves providing excellent voice support to customers, assisting with inquiries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and itinerary management. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and other services. Provide timely and accurate information to customers. Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently. Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are addressed. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (voice process). Strong communication skills (English). Good knowledge of the travel industry is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: Fixed salary of 36,000 in-hand. Both side cab service .
