Company Name : Schneider Electric Work Location: Bangalore Work Experience: 6- 10 yrs JD A customer advocate responsible for driving customer satisfaction within one or more business units (BUs). This role serves as the voice of the customer, ensuring a customer-centric approach across all functions. Key Responsibilities: Address major customer pain points across quality, delivery, and service. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (BU, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues. Own and improve the Issue to Prevention (I2P) process. Lead recall/containment efforts. Improve commercial processes impacting customer experience. Conduct proactive and reactive customer visits, identifying and addressing areas of dissatisfaction. Drive action planning based on customer feedback (surveys, visits). Promote a customer-centric quality culture within the BU. Interactions: Collaborates extensively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, other departments) and external stakeholders (customers, distributors, partners).
