Role & responsibilities Academic Support & Teaching (20%) Deliver and facilitate sessions in data science independently. Support student learning through mentoring, discussions, and practical guidance. Student Engagement & Success (40%) Facilitate onboarding and continuous engagement of learners. Evaluate student progress and ensure achievement of learning outcomes. Assist in student placements and success tracking. Curriculum Development & Events (20%) Collaborate with CAO to develop new content and update curriculum through research and market analysis. Assist in organizing industry interactions, hackathons, and academic events. Operational & Administrative Support (20%) Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and update institutional website and social media. Coordinate with departments (Marketing, IT, Operations) for academic planning and execution. Generate reports for senior management and provide logistical support during events. Preferred candidate profile Education & Knowledge: Masters or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Skills & Competencies: Expertise in data science tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. Hands-on experience with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Strong facilitation, teaching, and communication skills. Knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning environments. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects efficiently. Event planning and execution skills.
