Job Description

Job Description: As a Customer Support Executive in the voice process, you will engage with international customers, helping them with inquiries, issues, and support requests. Your role will involve addressing customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls to provide solutions and address queries related to products and services. Assist customers with troubleshooting and offer relevant support in a clear and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints , ensuring quick and effective solutions to enhance customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Achieve performance targets such as call handling time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings. Collaborate with team members to meet organizational and service level goals. Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all customer interactions. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (Fresher candidates are welcome to apply). Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in a customer support or BPO environment is a plus but not mandatory. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Flexibility: Willingness to work in 24*7 rotational shifts , including night shifts.
