Hiring: Blended Process Associate (Voice & Non-Voice) Role & Responsibilities: Customer Support (Chat & Email): Handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Inbound & Outbound Calls: Assist customers with queries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information via phone calls. Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, escalating complex issues when necessary. Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems. Multi-tasking: Efficiently handle chat, emails, and calls simultaneously while maintaining service quality. Upselling & Cross-Selling (if applicable): Suggest relevant products/services to enhance customer experience. Preferred Candidate Profile: Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. Typing speed of 30 WPM with high accuracy. Immediate joiners preferred. Flexible to relocate if required. Open to work in a 24/7 rotational shift (including weekends & holidays). Ability to handle voice and non-voice interactions efficiently. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
