Hello Position - AVP - : GIB-Manager-Institutional Location - lower Parel ,Mumbai Experience -11year Budget - upto 26LPA Job Purpose Support Solutions Lead in building and delivering the assigned digital platforms and solutions. Ensure the solutions built are differentiated by creative technology and superior client experience which gives the business a competitive edge. Ensure revenue generation through the platform by equipping sales channels with solutions and enablers for the same. Drive business and revenue traction for the platforms through marketing, training and engagement across internal and external stakeholders and channels. Key Responsibility You will identify potential fintech/tech partners relevant for Institutional business, and forge alliances to build scale You will Co-create products with technology partners/vendors and integrate with Banking products with an objective of augmenting new customer acquisition Collaborate with various products teams in the bank to integrate customized product offerings for the cohort of customers associated with the platforms Ensure the solutions create tangible value for customers and are effective from a Functionality, Security and Performance (FSP) standpoint Track competition performance/movements in Institutional segment and undertake measures to ensure superior experience and delivery Technology You will work closely with technology partners/vendors, in-house technology teams, and other stakeholders to drive the below: conceptualize platform architecture develop the platform features & customer journey ensure high quality UI/UX drive customer marketing campaigns and events drive training and related activities to create bank wide awareness If you are looking change , Kindly share updated resume - vandana@mavenco.com Regards vandana 9220403223
