Position Overview: The Industrial Relations Officer (IRO) is responsible for managing and maintaining effective communication between the company and its employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering positive employee relations. The IRO works to prevent and resolve conflicts, address grievances, and promote a harmonious work environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between management and employees on issues related to working conditions, policies, and labor disputes. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolutions. Manage negotiations with trade unions or worker representatives. Advise management on employee relations matters and legal obligations. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or violations of company policy. Organize and coordinate training on industrial relations and legal requirements. Monitor workplace conditions and employee welfare programs. Educational : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field. Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and conflict resolution
