Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs) Outbound Calling Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential clients Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets set by the team leader Maintain an organized call log and update customer information in the CRM system Lead Conversion Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the benefits of Volt Money's loan against mutual funds products Meet and exceed conversion rate targets set by management Identify customer needs and tailor product pitches accordingly Product Knowledge Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Volt Money's products and services Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations Effectively address customer queries and concerns regarding the products Customer Relationship Management Use CRM tools (e.g., Leadsquared, Zendesk) to manage customer interactions and information Follow up with potential clients at appropriate intervals to nurture leads Maintain a database of prospective clients for future marketing initiatives Sales Process Adherence Follow the prescribed sales script and process while maintaining a natural conversational flow Adhere to compliance guidelines and ethical sales practices Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices and successful strategies Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes Support colleagues in achieving team targets Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services sector Strong communication skills in English, Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus like Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi & Gujarati.
