Are you passionate about designing impactful eLearning content that drives engagement and learning outcomes? We are looking for a dynamic and creative Team Leader Instructional Designer to lead our eLearning development projects across Gurugram and Noida locations. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of instructional designers and developers, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital learning solutions using leading tools. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and eLearning developers Design and develop engaging learning experiences using tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Audition Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze training needs and design curriculum Ensure instructional integrity and adherence to learning objectives, timelines, and quality standards Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Articulate Storyline Hands-on experience with Vyond and video/audio editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition) Strong instructional design and content development background Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience managing eLearning projects and instructional design teams Interested candidates can contact Sadhika @9811174195 OR can share their resume at sadhika@expertstaffingsolutions.in
