Role & responsibilities - Conducting customer interactions over calls in a professional manner. - Assisting customers with inquiries and issues. - Addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively. - Demonstrating empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and complaints. - Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction levels. Preferred candidate profile - Graduates and undergraduate freshers can also apply - Minimum 6 months of experience required in International voice process - Willingness to work in 24x7 shift timings. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
