Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions. Maintain customer records by updating relevant information. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international chat process or a customer support role. Excellent written communication skills in English.
