Role & responsibilities Handle customer interactions via inbound and outbound international calls. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and adhere to company processes and policies. Preferred candidate profile Strong verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Minimum 1 year of experience required in international voice process. Graduate and Undergraduate both can apply. No gap of more then 6 months.
