Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT talent across a wide range of technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions at all levels. Responsibilities: Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various IT roles. Conduct thorough candidate screenings through various methods, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and technical assessments. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Extend and negotiate job offers. Conduct background checks and onboarding processes. Technical Sourcing and Screening: Utilize online job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri) and other sourcing tools to identify and attract qualified candidates. Proficiently screen candidates based on technical skills in: PHP Java .NET API Testing Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.) Database knowledge (SQL, NoSQL) Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) Evaluate candidates' technical abilities and experience to ensure alignment with job requirements. Stay up to date with the newest technology trends. Communication and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions. Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Position Closure: Confidently manage the recruitment process for lower, middle, and higher-level IT positions. Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully closing open positions within established timelines. Negotiate salaries and benefits packages. Qualifications: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of the IT industry and various technical roles and technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using online job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A proven track record of successful placements. A bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with Boolean search techniques. Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Experience with social media recruiting.
