Hiring for Java Lead Developer Experience: 6+ Years CTC: 12-15 LPA Max Location:Bengaluru Interview Mode-2 Rounds Virtual and 1 F2F Mandatory: 5+ years of Relevant exp into mentioned skills and Team Lead KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong knowledge of Design patterns and database designs. Working knowledge of JAVA, SQL, Web services (RESTful), Spring-MVC, Spring-BOOT, Hibernate and MySQL is a MUST Knowledge of Ionic framework, Android SDK framework, HTML, Bootstrap CSS, Angular JS, and SQL Server is an added advantage. Good Understanding of Web Servers, Applications Servers & Databases. RESPONSIBILITY: Lead and mentor a team of Java developers. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications. Ensure adherence to coding best practices and high-quality standards. Collaborate with product managers and other teams to meet project goals. Perform code review and troubleshoot issues. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
