Job Description

Job Location - Pune Must Have Over 3 years of experience in machine learning and generative AI, with a solid track record of successful deployments in a services environment. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with other languages, with the ability to adapt AI solutions to diverse technological landscapes. Proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, and deep knowledge of generative models like GANs and VAEs. Demonstrated experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, and familiarity with integrating AI technologies within CRM and ERP systems. Capability to develop or rapidly learn to develop the complete backend stack for AI solutions, tailored to client needs. Design, develop, and optimize algorithms for machine learning and generative models using advanced deep learning techniques. Manage the full lifecycle of AI model development, from conceptual design through testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with client needs. Implement robust AI solutions on enterprise cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, and ensure their integration with CRM and ERP SaaS platforms. Facilitate rapid prototyping and lead research initiatives to identify and harness new AI capabilities and applications. Construct or quickly adapt the entire backend stack for AI solutions, focusing on scalability and integration with client systems. Mentor and lead a team of AI interns, promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, translating complex AI concepts into understandable and actionable insights Advanced qualifications in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
