Job Description

Role & responsibilities Direct, supervise, and actively participate in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical systems and equipment. Improve productivity, production yields, time utilization, working environment, and safety through effective maintenance strategies. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing process lines, electrical equipment, PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs. Conduct breakdown analysis, identify root causes, and calculate failure matrices to minimize downtime. Prepare and analyze data for OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). Lead and engage in energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational costs. Plan, schedule, and execute new projects effectively while maintaining operational continuity. Expertly manage maintenance and spare part costs, identifying areas for cost reduction. Schedule, oversee, and ensure timely execution of all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with equipment and systems promptly, minimizing production interruptions. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in electrical maintenance(3-6 years), preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation systems, and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and related control systems. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and departments. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Perks and benefits
