Location : Powai 5 days working (MON to FRI) Role: Assist in IT requirements (product) definition for Supply Chain Systems used by warehouse management, inventory management , logistics and customer service teams Manage the UAT, rollout , training, adoption and improvements on above products Interface with business stakeholders (Operations, Category management, Finance,Customer Service, HR) to execute project management for business projects and initiatives. . Analyze data to improve products and processes. Write clear documentation and diagrams on business rules , processes and concepts. Desired background : 3-5 years of experience in Retail (preferably ecommerce retail) as a program manager or product manager or business analyst with a project management experience Bachelors in Engineering is a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Visio/Lucidchart/Powerpoint Is strong in data analysis and use of Advanced MS Excel Willing to travel sometimes for short durations across the country.
