Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. Conduct candidate searches using various platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present candidates to clients and coordinate interviews. Provide clients with expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies. Negotiate offers and close placements. Build a strong network of candidates and clients within your designated industry sector. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and industry regulations. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role (experience in a specific sector, e.g., Non IT hiring experience is a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in using recruitment software and job boards. Knowledge of the local job market and recruitment trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive and resilient attitude towards challenges.
