Sutherland is offering an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Refunds Ticketing processes, especially for those familiar with GDS tools like Amadeus! Position : Refunds Ticketing Process Required Experience : Hands-on experience working with GDS Tools and Amadeus . Salary : Up to 23,000 plus an additional 1,750(Travelling Allowance) Contract Type : 6-month contract with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance. Shift Timings : 7 AM to 4 PM or 4 PM to 1 AM (Two shifts available). Off Days : Fixed Sunday off and alternate Saturdays off .
