Job Description for Business Development Executive Job Role: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in engaging potential clients through cold calling and outbound communication. Your focus will be on building relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling to generate new business and follow up with prospects. Focus on customer retention, ensuring existing clients remain satisfied and loyal. Drive engagement through outbound calls, managing client relationships and upselling when possible. Maintain clear communication and keep accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to meet company goals and customer expectations. Requirements: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Minimum 1 year of experience in customer retention or similar roles. Comfortable working during US shifts (fixed shift timings). Must be an immediate joiner and have a clear exit from your previous employer. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Perks & Benefits: Salary: Up to 40,000 CTC with an in-hand salary of 35,475. Monthly Attractive Incentives based on performance .
