Job Description

Must Have: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Test Engineering Execute tests that cover both functional and non-functional requirements of the system. Support and perform execution of test cases, ensuring that the software meets major architectural requirements. Detect and track bugs/issues, prepare defect reports, and report test progress. Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, and trace results to quality risks, reporting them to stakeholders. Support the development of test automation networks, execute stability and performance tests, and automate test cases. Apply and develop automated testing strategies, frameworks, and analyze the best test approaches (manual and automated). Execute acceptance, integration, installation, and system testing. Involve in product design to ensure adequate test coverage meets end-user requirements. Record test results, report issues, and verify bug fixes against automation criteria. Handle performance testing, analyze, and present results to project teams. Good-to-Have Hands-on experience with various test tools for automation Experience in Salesforce cloud or Service cloud Coordinate with product management, software engineers, and support teams to deliver stable enterprise software. Optimize testing strategies and contribute to improving test frameworks and methodologies. Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans and strategies. Stay updated with testing best practices and industry trends to enhance test efficiency. Knowledge of security testing techniques and tools for enhancing software robustness.
