Tasks and responsibilities Manage SAP systems maintenance schedule. Design SAP Basis components and frameworks at an enterprise scale and standards, supporting SAP business processes. Responsible for solving complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects, and other stakeholders. Setup, Manage, Monitor S/4 Hana architectures (Execution, Operation, and Infrastructure) and define reporting hierarchies in conjunction with IT and business compliance teams. Support administration activities on the BTP environment Mentor the junior resources in Basis Team Support Linux administrative tasks. High Level Job description Design, Configuration, Documentation, Testing, and Delivery of SAP Technical Landscape Manage SAP Basis components and frameworks at an enterprise scale and standards, supporting SAP business processes In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and system integration Experience in SAP HANA performance tuning, HANA DB upgrade and Refresh. Working knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery environments, as well as OS-level clustering Hands-on experience of SAP Migration methodologies and SAP product installations using the latest SAP tools Extensive hands-on experience with SAP migration methodologies, including expertise in migration to RISE with SAP. Proficient in performing SAP product installations utilizing the latest SAP tools and technologies. Experience in managing SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and Datasphere deployments. Experienced in at least 2 implementation/Upgrade projects Basis planning & support for projects Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems, Knowledge/Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting. SAP Solution Manager Installation and Administration Worked on SAP Products (SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, PI, Portal and Solman, BOBJ, BODS, CAR) and Administration Expertise in trouble shooting the performance issues and preparing RCA. S/4 HANA transformation strategies and implementation ABAP and JAVA stack administration ( Installation , Upgrades and Maintenance ) Experience in Cloud Technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP Experience in working with change tools to maintain client SLAs Provide technical expertise for resolving escalated issues. Participate in crisis resolution meetings as necessary. Collaborate with functional teams on the integration and support of the SAP systems and new initiatives. Provide training and direction to other operational support teams. Ability to work with multiple on-going projects which are at different stages coordinating Solid background in technical analysis and requirements gathering.
