We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced City Head - Sales to lead our sales operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry, and strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing sales team. Role & responsibilities 1. Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to help them achieve their targets and professional growth. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability. 3. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation and conversion. Ensure seamless integration between sales and marketing efforts to maximize lead management effectiveness. 4. Relationship Building with Developers: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders in the real estate industry. Conduct regular meetings and negotiations with developers to secure favorable terms, inventory, and partnerships. 5. People Development: Coach and mentor people managers within the sales team to develop their leadership skills and managerial capabilities. Provide guidance on effective team management, performance evaluation, and employee development initiatives. Preferred candidate profile At least 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and achieving targets.
