CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEAD Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service executives. Monitor and improve individual and team performance. Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Assistant Manager Responsibilities: Support the Operations Manager in executing strategies. Supervise team leads and ensure team alignment with business goals. Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements. Assist in resource planning, scheduling, and issue resolution.
