Role & responsibilities We are hiring a Team Leader Life & Annuity Insurance for our operations in Gurugram and Noida . This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in insurance and leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 15-30 FTE in Life & Annuity Insurance operations Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality Drive process improvements and ensure smooth operations Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards Collaborate with stakeholders for process enhancements Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in Life & Annuity Insurance At least 1 year of team handling experience (15-30 FTE) Graduate degree is mandatory Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Immediate joiners preferred Why Join Us?
