Job Description: We are hiring for the position of Collections and Customer Service Advisor for Voice Process . This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while managing collections in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone calls, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues. Collections: Address outstanding payment issues by contacting customers, negotiating payment arrangements, and providing assistance for account resolution. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and courtesy during all interactions with customers. Document all customer interactions clearly and follow up as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve customer-related issues efficiently. Ensure adherence to performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) for both customer service and collections tasks. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Prior experience in customer service or collections is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks. Willingness to work US shifts (night shifts). Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Preferred Candidate Profile: Both Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible to apply. A minimum of 6 months of international voice experience is preferred.
