Role & responsibilities Handle International customers via inbound and outbound calls . Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile Strong verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Minimum 1 year of experience required in international voice process. Graduate and Undergraduate both can apply.
