Job Description HR Business Partner - Non Tech Functions like Sales and Fleet Operations. What you will do: Strategic Partnership Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Understand the nuances of the business to provide tailored HR support. Act as an advisor on HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with Ackos culture. Talent Management Drive, development, and retention initiatives. Implement performance evaluation frameworks that promote growth and accountability. Facilitate succession planning processes for critical roles and leadership to ensure continuity. Culture Building - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects Ackos values. Provide counseling and support to employees and managers on performance issues. Partner with the learning function on value added programs in creating meaningful learning journeys. Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Data-Driven Decision Making Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform initiatives and measure success. Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to support strategic objectives. Track key performance indicators related to talent management and employee engagement. Change Management Support organizational change initiatives and manage associated people impacts. Act as a change agent by communicating changes effectively across teams. Provide support to facilitate smooth transitions during times of change. Partner with CoE functions in design and implementation of different people practices. Develop design approaches and people strategies to enhance employee experience and satisfaction. What are we looking for: Accomplished HR leader with over 4+ years of experience who is adept at managing large-scale operations and navigating complexity. Strong reputation for establishing top-tier organizations known for excellence in HR practices. Demonstrates robust business acumen, effectively aligning HR strategies with overall business goals. Thrives in challenging environments, driving strategic thinking, fostering change, and inspiring teams to execute ambitious goals. Proven track record of advising executives and influencing critical decision-making. Skilled in developing HR team members, implementing succession plans, and adeptly managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines to consistently deliver successful outcomes for the business.
