Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned HR professional (Manager Level) to provide short-term support to our clients Plant HR team . This position is based at a manufacturing facility near Vijayawada Amberpeta, Andhra Pradesh and will focus on labor law compliance and supporting core HR operations on-site. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily HR operations at the plant Ensure full compliance with contract labor laws and statutory regulations Collaborate with labor contractors and internal teams for effective workforce management Maintain HR documentation and assist in audit readiness Support employee engagement activities and grievance resolution processes Candidate Profile: 810 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or plant environment In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and contract labor compliance Strong ability to work independently and manage diverse stakeholder expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Stay Location: Vijayawada or Eluru Interested?
